What is Design Process?
Vision Session, Schedule Preparation, Program Development, Preliminary Planning, Initial Budget Development, Materials and finishes Selection, Presentation, Space Planning, Furniture Concept, Finalize Plan, Update Budget, Develop final details, Coordinate Engineering Designs, Prepare Construction Drawings, Coordinate timing, tender and crews.
How much we charge?
Initial 30 minute consultation is free of charge, were here to help if you have a question you can email or give us a call. Upon engagement of our service, the applicable hourly fee ranges between $50.00 to $120.00 per hour, depending on what kind of service is being provided. Long term projects require a signed contract agreement along with a retainer fee.
What if I commit and I am not happy, can I terminate the service and get my deposit back?
Yes, undersigned contract, you can terminate services within one week of written notice. However, once the contract agreement is signed and the project begins, a portion of your security deposit may not be fully refundable, depending on how much work has already done. Each client, each project’s needs, varies, big or small, we treat all of our clients with equal respect.

What to expect with custom orders? Are any products ready to order and in stock?
Anything custom takes a considerable amount of time. Typically a custom furniture piece, original limited edition bronze casting, and commissioned artwork may take up to 16 weeks to manufacture. Find available ready to order products, print on demand, CD’s, and Ecohaus Floor Plans in the SL Store!
What is long and short service engagement term mean?
Typically our services are booked 3-6 month ahead of time. Some of our client projects can last for up to several years. Some of our clients are repeats that we never loose contact with, and some of our clients just may need our expertise advice or by hiring our services on weekly or daily basis, like a 3 day awesome power shop! We are flexible to all of our clients needs.
